Homemade Mayonnaise (Maionesa Casolana)

Can you make homemade mayonnaise? It is easy. You´ll see.
What do you need?
1 egg
vinegar (regular one, not balsamic)
garlic is optional
small piece of white bread

Add the yolk of an egg, some salt, (half a clove of garlic if you desire), some oil, and a very small piece of white bread impregnated with some drops of vinegar. Mix and blend them with the mixer or whisk, add more oil, keep mixing, add all the white of the egg at once, keep mixing (all the time) and add more oil till it starts to thicken.
